Training Agenda for this Workshop
This 2 hour workshop involves two general sessions. The first session/hour outlines
todays real estate market and where it is heading. Followed by the awareness of
the evolving REO market from both an agents perspective as well as the consumers
perspective.
The first session/hour is also supplemented with actual vendor links, leads and
application methods for acquiring BPO's as well as selecting the volume of BPO's
you actually want to do. Banks and Valuation companies nationwide are actively
seeking BPO agents wanting to earn additional revenue. BPO's range from $45-$120
for each BPO. Here is what we'll cover in the first hour:
* What's involved in doing BPO's?
* How to receive BPO's from a variety of Banks and valuation companies?
* How to apply for your own vendor status?
* Where to apply for your own vendor status?
* Who are the best companies for the area?
* Tools for Getting Started
Several of our agents have taken this training and are doing several BPO's each
day they choose to do them. It's not huge money with respect to the return on invested
time, however the rewards for doing BPO's come from the methodologies applied in
the second hour. Our BPO agents are generating listings and buyers from this training.
The second session (hour), includes the necessary steps to master the BPO acquisitions
and potentially generate REO listings. However, that's not where the best revenue
comes from in this scenario either. The best revenue generating techniques will
come in the second hour which focuses on the following:
* Getting Buyers to raise their hand and call you
* Open House Scripts that convert 'Liars to Buyers'
* Ads that will generate NOW BUYERS
* Plus a T-Shirt that will have strangers ask you for help with buying Real Estate
