Some people instinctively know precisely what to do next in order to progress and succeed, and yet the high majority has to be shown the way. The former are the leaders and the latter are the followers. Which one are you? Read on ...

Take Control of Your Business! Prior to becomingthe broker/franchisee for EXIT Realty Executives in Minnesota, it took me many years in the real estate industry with the #1 Desk Fee company to realize that the tens of thousands of company dollars left on the table was not benefiting my business development opportunities at all. With the enevitable turn in the marketplace, many former top agents, left their 100% companies and have looked to cut their overhead. Since then an abundance of independent Deal Fee companies have flourished (temporarily I might add) to literally let the storm blow by. Here is the major dillemma associated with the independent's plugging away idolly with their new found deal fee companies. The marketplace evolves exponentially in these technological times and agents sitting idolly with their independent brands either miss the opportunities to shift with the times or are paying significant training dollars to hear it from other successful associates. Consider these benefits, look at the big picture and do the math please:
- NO DESK FEES EVER!
- BEST TRAINING & EXCLUSIVE TECHNOLOGY TOOLS AVAILABLE
- SYNERGY & TEAM ENVIRONMENT
- MENTORSHIP
- MONTHLY E&O, MLS ACCESS, PRIVATE E-FAX, PRIVATE SINGLE NUMBER REACH TELEPHONY, PHONE ACCESSIBLE EMAIL, VIRTUAL ASSISTANT, INTRANET/EXTRANET BUSINESS TOOLS PACKAGE, UNLIMITED PHOTOCOPIES, FRONT DESK TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT, WEEKLY LOCAL AND REGIONAL TRAINING, FREE YARD AND OPEN HOUSE SIGNS, SHOWING SOLUTIONS SERVICE FOR YOUR SELLERS, LEADS PROVIDED, BPO INCOME OPPORTUNITIES... ALL FOR $80/MONTH
- COUPLED WITH THE ONLY REAL OPPORTUNITY TO EARN MUCH MORE THAN 100%
You can't say I didn't warn you in 2008 !
I look forward to simply discussing your opportunity to build your business within our business model without you having to buy a JOB!!!

Hi Frank
I enjoyed your post, The questions today is what does a real estate professional really want from a broker. The lowest fees, mentoring, or being trained to become successful?
Good luck and success
Lou Ludwig
Exit is a wonderful program. It's where I began my real estate career. They are not well known here in my new market.
I was with EXIT REALTY before they closed the office in my Dover, DE Area....they were wonderful and many agents still want them back!
Thanks

You're warning me? Something bad is going to happen to me if I don't do what you say?
Sounds like a pretty deal. I wish I am in MN. Good luck,Frank.
Nobody is warning you Richard in particular. Agents in general go hiding under a rock during these times. You're looking pretty comfortable on the islands man.
Have a great year!
Right on Lou. Exactly what do agents want. Our most recent widget/straw poll identified leadership as #1...
Compensation was down the list, however overhead expenses, marketing tools available are creeping up the list.
Have a great year lou
Hi Tom, starting a new franchise, let alone new brand during these market conditions is a challenge at best. Keep an eye out for them, they'll be baaaaaaack :)
Agents certainly are doing a lot more moving around lately-if you aren't making $ the fees will get the best of you.
Yes Kathleen
Forecasts say another 20% of current agent populations will drop nationally by the end of 2009....
I'm looking forward to 2009
